Service Description
In this session, Julie will ensure that you are fully prepared with the foods, resources, and strategies required to begin your GAPS™ journey with confidence. Together, you’ll review your readiness, discuss personalised intervention strategies, and make any modifications needed to fit your individual needs. You will learn how to move through each stage of the diet, how to recognise and manage symptoms, and when it’s appropriate to progress from one stage to the next. Supplement guidance will be provided where appropriate, alongside practical strategies to reduce your toxic load. What’s Included: A tailored Nutrition Intervention Plan to help you successfully navigate your GAPS™ journey Symptom management strategies for each stage of the diet Supplement recommendations (if appropriate) Guidance on detoxification support Consultation Duration & Fees: Allocated Consultation Time: 1 hour Additional Report Writing by Julie: 1 hour Total: 2 hours Second Consultation Fee: $180 AUD (charged in advance at booking) Additional Information: Additional Clients: $75 per extra person (e.g., child or family member) Extended Time: If your session exceeds the allocated time, extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at $45 (with your approval). Complex cases may take longer than 1 hour. Timing: The second consultation is scheduled two weeks after your initial consultation. Cancellation Policy Applies. All appointments are booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: By booking an appointment with Nourished with Love, you agree to the following terms: Appointments are scheduled in advance, and payment is required upon booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. Cancellation Policy: We understand that situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid additional charges, please refer to the following cancellation policies: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 10 days of the appointment: You will receive a 50% refund of the consultation fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 10 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies. The rescheduled appointment must occur within three months from the original booking date. Failure to show up for an appointment: If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the full consultation fee. Waitlist Policy: In the event that an appointment slot is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our Waitlist: If an earlier appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email or phone. Waitlist appointments will be confirmed based on availability, and you must accept the appointment within 24 hours to secure it. If a waitlisted appointment is not available, you will be offered the next available slot. Additional Fees: Extended Time: If your consultation exceeds the scheduled time, you will be asked if you would like to extend the consultation and additional charges will apply. Extended time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a set rate and charged to your credit card with your approval of extended time. Additional Clients: If more than one person (e.g., a child or family member) is attending the consultation, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply. Acknowledgement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies. You agree to these policies and understand the associated fees.
