Service Description
The initial consultation provides an in-depth review of your symptoms and This session is designed to connect your health history with the Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS™) or Gut and Physiology Syndrome (GAPS) approach. Together, we’ll explore your background, current challenges, and goals in order to create a personalised dietary plan tailored to your needs. As part of this consultation, you’ll receive a clear introduction to the three-phase GAPS protocol. We’ll cover where to source GAPS-approved foods, how to plan and prepare essential staples before you begin, and what to expect during each stage of the process. To help you transition smoothly, we’ll outline home preparation tasks and ensure you have the right supplies and meals ready before your second consultation, which will focus on implementation. Your consultation package includes: A nutrition analysis (self-completed and reviewed by Julie) A preliminary nutrition preparation plan to guide your transition A GAPS resource folder with essential materials to support your journey This initial session equips you with the knowledge, resources, and confidence to successfully begin your GAPS healing process. Consultation Duration & Fees: Allocated Consultation Time: 1.5 hours Prepared Personal Assessment by Julie: 1 hour Total: 2.5 hours Initial Consultation Fee: $250 AUD (charged in advance at booking) Additional Information: Additional Clients: $75 per extra person (e.g., child or family member) Extended Time: Complex cases may run longer than 1.5 hours. If extra time is required, it will be billed in 15-minute increments at $45, with client approval. Second Appointment: Scheduled two weeks later to discuss report, implementation and next steps. Cancellation Policy Applies. All appointments are booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: By booking an appointment with Nourished with Love, you agree to the following terms: Appointments are scheduled in advance, and payment is required upon booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. Cancellation Policy: We understand that situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid additional charges, please refer to the following cancellation policies: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 10 days of the appointment: You will receive a 50% refund of the consultation fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 10 days before the appointment: No cancellation fee applies. The rescheduled appointment must occur within three months from the original booking date. Failure to show up for an appointment: If you miss your appointment without notice, you forfeit the full consultation fee. Waitlist Policy: In the event that an appointment slot is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our Waitlist: If an earlier appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email or phone. Waitlist appointments will be confirmed based on availability, and you must accept the appointment within 24 hours to secure it. If a waitlisted appointment is not available, you will be offered the next available slot. Additional Fees: Extended Time: If your consultation exceeds the scheduled time, you will be asked if you would like to extend the consultation and additional charges will apply. Extended time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a set rate and charged to your credit card with your approval of extended time. Additional Clients: If more than one person (e.g., a child or family member) is attending the consultation, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply. Acknowledgement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies. You agree to these policies and understand the associated fees.
